Grounded in an attentive study of the everyday, his practice spans fine art, portraiture, editorial, and advertising drawing out emotion in real encounters and stylised narratives. Educated at Sydney College of the Arts, he has cultivated an observational approach that informs his fine art sensibility.
Cooke’s commissions include Nike, Uniqlo, Vogue Magazine, Levi’s, New Balance, GQ Magazine, ELLE Magazine, A-M Journal, RM Williams and is held in private collections locally and abroad.
